Responsibilities

Responsible to draft and bring overall compliance process for various departments in the organisation.
Understanding company’s objectives and working with various LOB heads to set SMART Goals in a cascaded way.
Identify and finalise a software like workdone.com or etc, train the organisation of using it
Work in ensuring every individual in the company follows the review and rating process
Analyse Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Goals Vs achievements and bring red and yellow flags to the notice of executive management.
Derive Predictive and Proactive analytics that should enable Executive management in their decision-making process.
Conduct surprise audits across all the Skill Development branches and fill reports
Learn, understand and bring ISO 9001: 2015 QA process in the company.

Qualifications

Exceptional communication both oral and written
Quick Learner
Strong analysis capability, should understand the big picture and write down the base level elements clearly to meet the big picture.
